Metamorphosis Ministry was founded by Michael Einwechter and Tiffany Caulfield — two people who know recovery, grief, and healing firsthand, and who believe Sunday worship should meet people exactly where they are.
Our Founders
Michael and Tiffany didn't set out to build a polished institution. They set out to build a place where people who've been broken open can be honest about it — and still be met with hope. Metamorphosis Ministry grew directly out of their own walk through recovery and restoration, and out of relationships already built in recovery communities.
That lived experience shapes everything: the tone of our worship, the honesty of our conversations, and our refusal to pretend that transformation is tidy or instant.
Why "Metamorphosis"
A caterpillar doesn't improve itself into a butterfly. It's broken down completely and made new — a total transformation from the inside out. That's the picture at the center of our name, and it's the promise of Ezekiel 36:26: a new heart, a new spirit, a genuine new beginning.
Our mark — a heart breaking open as a butterfly emerges, rooted in a stalk of wheat — captures the whole story: brokenness, growth, and a harvest still to come.

Metamorphosis Ministry exists to walk alongside anyone seeking a new beginning — those in recovery, those new to faith, and those simply longing for change. Rooted in Ezekiel 36:26, we believe God takes hearts of stone and makes them new. Through worship and honest community, we cultivate space for real transformation.
